Job description
Aspire People are working with a well-established and consistently improving primary school in the M30 area that is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher for a long-term role. This position is ideal for a teacher who is confident managing their own classroom and is now looking for stability, consistency, and the opportunity to make a long-term impact.This role is not suitable for ECTs. The school is specifically looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to teaching and learning.
The Role
Full classroom responsibility within KS1 or KS2 (year group matched to experience)
Planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the national curriculum
Using assessment effectively to drive progress
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning
Working collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff
Supporting whole-school priorities and initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Minimum of 2+ years classroom experience
Strong curriculum knowledge
Confident behaviour management
Professional, reliable, and committed
