Rate: £120 - £175 per day (MPS Dependent)

Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher with experience teaching in the UK? Looking for flexible, part-time work in a supportive and welcoming primary school? We have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are working closely with a fantastic mainstream primary school in the MK3 area of Milton Keynes who are seeking a reliable and experienced teacher to support their team on a part-time basis. This role will involve covering staff sickness and providing long-term cover when needed.
Whether you're looking to reduce your hours or enjoy variety in your teaching week, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across the Primary curriculum as required.
* Step into classes with confidence and create a calm and structured learning environment.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike to ensure continuity and consistency.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused learning space.
* Adapt teaching strategies to suit the needs of different learners.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential).
* Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools (TA roles or overseas teaching experience do not meet the criteria).
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and reliable attitude.
* Ability to quickly build rapport with children and staff.
* Availability for part-time, flexible work on an ongoing basis.
