Exam InvigilatorAspire People are currently seeking hard working and supportive Exam Invigilators based in Derbyshire for the new academic year starting in September. The role requires an individual who is a confident communicator, comfortable working under pressure and multi-tasking, and who will be able to enforce regulations firmly but fairly if necessary and to deal effectively and promptly with any problems. It has been a very tough year for students so it will be important for you to provide support for them as they are undergoing their exams under difficult circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up exams by providing the required equipment/stationery and exam papers
* Organising seating
* Informing students of what is allowed and what is not allowed before the exam starts
* Maintaining exemplary exam conditions throughout each exam
* Dealing with any queries or issues
* Collecting, organising and delivering exam papers at the end of the exam
We are ideally looking for someone who is open and flexible to the opportunities that we have to offer. You will be supported by me, Daniel Emery. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant and we have been supplying non-teaching staff to schools in Derbyshire.
