Job description
Are you a qualified English teacher, looking for tutoring work in schools in the South Staffordshire area?Are you passionate about providing additional support to those that need it?
Aspire People are leading the School-Led Tutor Programme. We are working exclusively with our clients to provide tutoring support under the new tutoring catch up programme. In this role you will be working 1-2-1, 1-2-2 or 1-2-3, with pupils who have fallen behind with their progress and attainment.
This is an essential role, tutoring KS3 and KS4 pupils who need to catch up with their learning due to the disruption of COVID over the last 18 months.
Initially you will need to hold QTS and understand the current curriculum.
There are plans for unqualified tutors and teaching assistants to be able to fulfill these role's, but they will need to complete an 11 hour course before this is possible.
