The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English teacher with QTS, who is confident and experienced in teaching both KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will have a passion for their subject, a commitment to student success, and the ability to create engaging and effective lessons. The role is long-term and for the right candidate has the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the English department.
Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
