English Teacher / Cover Supervisor - CambridgeshireLocation: Cambridgeshire (including Huntingdon, Cambridge, Ely, St Neots and surrounding areas)
Salary: £130-£230 per day (depending on role and experience)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Long-term roles
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing

Aspire People is working with a number of secondary schools across Cambridgeshire who are seeking dynamic and dedicated English Teachers or Cover Supervisors with a strong background in English to join their teams.
Whether you're a qualified English teacher or an experienced cover supervisor with a love for literature and language, we have a range of exciting opportunities available to suit your skills and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons (Key Stages 3-4, and KS5 where applicable)
Cover lessons using provided resources when required
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Promote literacy development and support students in reaching their full potential
Track and assess student progress and provide feedback
You will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and/or Literature
Effective classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Aspire People)
A genuine passion for teaching and student development
