Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Teacher to join our client's esteemed faculty. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students through innovative and engaging teaching practices. You will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of English language learners, fostering a love for literature and language in a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning and student engagement.
Assess student progress through ongoing formative assessment and summative evaluation.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience for all.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching English to students of varying ages and abilities.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language and literature.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
