Our client school is an already good school aiming to become an Outstanding school where teachers and students "care about one another's well being and academic performance"
The school has maintained a Good grading with Outstanding features within a short number of years and is expected to be graded as Outstanding at the next Ofsted. Student attainment is consistently improving and the school are looking for driven teachers able to build positive relationships that nurture students and encourage learning.
To be considered for this role you must be driven and determined and be willing to lead intervention and booster sessions for students. A creative and dynamic approach will be required to allow your students to thrive and attain.
The school offer excellent CPD as do we. We offer multiple sessions throughout the year for free and the school offer paid CPD days with free training.

* Have a CV with 10 years employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained

This school is set in highly picturesque settings and has a unique approach to students education and nurturing of their adolescence. Although not to everyones taste the school prefer none second names for teachers, and have a no uniform policy to allow students to express themselves more freely. They also have a unique SEN department that have consistently been independently graded as outstanding.
I have worked with this school for 3 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. The school help all our staff feel welcomed and supported whether that is for a day or a year long placement.
