Aspire People, a reputable education recruitment agency, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our client School in Wem, Shropshire. The school offers a stimulating learning environment for students aged 11-18 (Key Stages 3, 4 & 5).
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5.
Foster a passion for literature and language, promoting critical thinking and analytical skills.
Plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring differentiation and inclusivity.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Specialization in English literature, language, or related field.
Proven experience in teaching English to students aged 11-18.
In-depth knowledge of the UK national curriculum and assessment procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
