Job description
Aspire People are NOW ..recruiting for Primary ECT in Redditch to do day to day supply and longer term in Redditch schools from September 2024.Working in local Redditch primary schools where you can gain more experience before taking on a perm role !!!
We are looking for a passionate ,enthusiastic ECT's to work in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 . Working in year groups you feel comfortable in and able to try new year groups .
Skills you must have
* Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
* Is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all pupils
* Is passionate about teaching and committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is committed to their own professional development
