Aspire People are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work at a school based in Walsall, this role is will be working across Early years classes, starting in September 2022.The school I am recruiting for is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant who wants a new challenge and is available for an September start date. The school has very high staff retention statistics and has a holistic approach to teaching and learning, when visiting this school, the atmosphere was extremely warm and welcoming. They are devoted to creating a safe space for the children and families in their community and are lucky enough to have excellent parental support and involvement.
The school is rated GOOG by Ofsted
To apply for this role, you will need to hold a level 3 qualification and have an understand of the current EYFS curriculum.

As a full time, member of staff, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected.
*Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
*Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
*Setting up and decontamination of instruments
*Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
*Make accurate and effect assessments of the children during the stages of development
*Have passion for the Childcare industry
*Experience within Early Years Education
*Extensive knowledge of the EYFS
The hours of work will be from 08.00 to 16.00 with hour for lunch.
Payment options through PAYE and umbrella companies are available with a pay range from £8.00- £12.50 per hour depending on payment route, experience and age
