Job descriptionOne to one Level 3 Teaching Assistant position based in early years.
Aspire we are recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in the north Birmingham area.
The role will entail working 1-1 with a two children with Behavioural issues and Autism. You will be based in Reception in the morning, Nursery In the afternoon. The suitable teaching assistant for the position will have strong skills at building relationships quickly to help support the development and their emotional needs. You must be patient but firm and be relatable to children. You will be working with these children 5 days per week on an ongoing basis.

What you will need:
* NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant, SEN or Learning Support Qualifications
* Experience supporting on a 1:1 basis with children with behavioural issues
* A passion for supporting SEN pupils with a variety of needs and ensuring they are able to overcome barriers to learning and engage in the curriculum
