Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Support children's individual learning and development needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in an early years setting (nursery, preschool, or similar).
A clear understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for working with young children.
