EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant (with HLTA responsibilities)Location: Manchester, M12
Position: Full-Time (Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £100 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time until July
We are currently recruiting for an EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant with some HLTA responsibilities for a school in Manchester (M12). This full-time role is ideal for an experienced and confident TA who is ready to step up and lead the classroom when the teacher takes their PPA time once a week. The role offers great responsibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher with delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Take the lead during PPA time (one afternoon a week).
Provide support to children on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Help with planning and setting up activities in line with the curriculum.
Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging engagement and development.
Work alongside other staff and professionals to ensure the needs of all children are met.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in EYFS (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
Ability to confidently lead the class during PPA time.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply).
Passionate about supporting children's development and learning.
