Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain more understanding and experience in your chosen subject in schools in Warwickshire?

I am currently recruiting staff for day to day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and permanent work for my schools in and around the Warwickshire area.
I have strong partnerships with schools in the area and have worked closely with them for over 10 years. I am helping them to recruit ECT's who are enthusiastic, passionate about education and committed for the academic year 2021-2022.

If you are looking for permanent roles or if you want to try different schools in area on supply, I can help you in September.

The successful Early Career Teacher must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, be creative, have strong behaviour management skills and presence in the classroom.
You need to be flexible and adaptable to the varying student abilities and challenging environment that supply offers.

Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)

The Responsibilities:
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Be able to adapt to level of ability
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
- Mark all work delivered day of work

I am keen to talk to Early Career Teachers who are interested in working these forward-thinking schools. Mentors within the schools will have a key role and investment in supporting ECT's during their induction and there will be formal assessments points, one midway through the induction and one at the end. There will also be regular progress reviews.
