Job description
At Aspire People, we work closely with a number of supportive primary schools across Manchester that are keen to welcome Early Career Teachers into their teams.These schools understand the importance of strong mentoring, realistic expectations, and the right environment for ECTs to grow in confidence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain consistent classroom experience in a long-term role, with the potential for permanent opportunities for the right teacher.
The Role
As an ECT / Newly Qualified Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Develop your classroom management skills in a supportive setting
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
* Receive guidance and support as you continue your teaching journey

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* ECTs / Newly Qualified Teachers encouraged to apply

* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
