The Role:
As a KS1 teacher, you will be working with children in Year 1 or Year 2, guiding them through the exciting early stages of their primary education. You'll have the chance to create dynamic and engaging lessons that capture the imagination of young learners while fostering a love of learning. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering inspiring lessons that engage and motivate children
Providing a safe, nurturing environment that supports the development of the whole child
Assessing and tracking students' progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for improvement
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contributing to school activities, including clubs, events, and community initiatives
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an ECT who:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Has a passion for teaching in KS1 and working with young children
Is creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic about creating engaging learning experiences
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is keen to grow and develop as part of a supportive team
