Deputy Nursery Manager - Permanent Role (Walsall Area)We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team in the Walsall area! Role & Responsibilities
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:
Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
Ensure high-quality care and education in line with statutory requirements and nursery policies.
Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners, supporting their development and performance.
Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
Requirements
Experience working in early years settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
