The Role:
Position: Daily Cover Supervisor (General Cover)
Location: Peterborough and surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2024
Flexibility: Choose from daily assignments with options for short-term and long-term placements.
Responsibilities: Supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous classroom or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong classroom management skills to keep students focused and engaged.
Flexibility: Willingness to commute to various schools in and around the Peterborough area.
Adaptability: Comfortable teaching a variety of subjects and working with different year groups.
DBS: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
