Are you confident in managing a classroom and ensuring students remain engaged and productive in the teacher's absence? Aspire People is looking for reliable and adaptable Daily Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Peterborough area.The Role:
Position: Daily Cover Supervisor (General Cover)
Location: Peterborough and surrounding areas
Start Date: Available from September 2024
Flexibility: Choose from daily assignments, with opportunities for short-term and long-term placements.
Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for supervising classes, delivering pre-set work, managing student behavior, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a classroom setting or in a supervisory role is preferred, but not essential.
Skills: Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain order and engagement.
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to commute to various schools in and around Peterborough.
Adaptability: Comfortable covering a range of subjects and year groups.
DBS: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
