Job description
Aspire People are desperately seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors who are looking for day-to-day, long-term, or permanent roles to meet the high demand for our secondary schools ASAP. We will give you £100 once you have worked 10 days for us. We also offer up to £150 referral fee if you know anyone able to do this job.The successful graduate must:
· Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
· Be passionate about their specialist subject
· Be able to inspire and motive
· Have high expectations for student's learning, achievement and behaviour
· Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, especially those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds
· Be creative, friendly and approachable

Your teaching qualifications and experience will help you take the schools to the next step and help them hit their targets of delivering outstanding results across the Departments.
