Job description
Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding role in secondary education? Do you have experience working in UK secondary schools? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across Key Stage 3 and 4 in secondary schools across Nottingham.About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. You will cover a variety of subjects, following lesson plans provided by the school. This role is ideal for individuals with classroom experience, aspiring teachers, or those looking to gain further experience in education.
Requirements:
✅ Experience working in UK secondary schools (as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role)
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects
✅ Ability to engage and support students across Key Stage 3 and 4
✅ A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Driving is preferred but not essential if you are happy to use public transport
