How the Cover Supervisor Industry Works:

Requirements:
- Relevant experience or qualification in education or youth work.

- A Level 1 Safeguarding certificate dated within the last year. If you don't have one, you will need to complete a free safeguarding course provided by Aspire People.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting student learning.
