Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Implement and adhere to lesson plans provided.
Ensure the smooth running of the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements:
Must be able to drive due to the varying locations of schools.
Experience working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in the UK.
Proven classroom and behavioral management skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
