Requirements:
*Behavior Management Skills: Strong ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
*Adaptability: Navigate various subjects and year groups with ease.
*Reliability: Commitment to fulfilling both short-term and long-term cover positions.
*Passion for Education: A genuine interest in contributing to the learning journey of secondary school students.
*Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Education, a related field, or substantial experience in a relevant subject area is highly desirable.
*Teaching Assistant Qualifications: Possession of relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications is an advantage.
*Classroom Experience: Previous experience working in a secondary school environment, either as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, is preferred.
*Subject Knowledge: A solid understanding of the secondary school curriculum, with the ability to cover a variety of subjects.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
*Manage classroom behavior to create a positive and productive learning environment.
*Follow school policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of classes.
