Salary: £90-£200 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant secondary school in Tamworth, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team, helping students continue their education in the absence of the regular class teacher.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising lessons and assisting students with their learning. You'll be integral to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes and ensure students complete their assigned tasks.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide support to students as needed, helping them to stay on track.
Communicate effectively with staff and students.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and support students with different learning needs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
