Salary: £90 - £130 per day (DOE)
Are you a confident and reliable individual with a passion for working with young people? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school in Telford. The role is to start as soon as possible and offers full-time work, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms when teaching staff are absent.
Ensure that students remain on task and follow the work set by the teacher.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and provide guidance when necessary.
Report any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with secondary-aged students.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage classroom behavior.
A positive attitude and the desire to make a difference in students' education.
