Position: Cover Supervisor (Day-to-Day Supply, Flexible Role)
Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young people? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students in the absence of their teacher.
This flexible, day-to-day supply role is perfect for someone looking to gain classroom experience, work in a supportive environment, and inspire the next generation.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Ensure students stay on task and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on the progress of lessons.
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine interest in education.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in a school environment (desirable but not essential).
Flexibility and reliability to work on a supply basis.
