Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
Manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Support students across a variety of subjects and year groups.
Adapt to day-to-day and short-term cover assignments as needed.
Key Details:
Location: Secondary schools in Swadlincote.
Flexibility: Choose assignments that fit your schedule.
Driving is preferred due to the nature of last-minute calls but not essential.
