We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team, working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students across various secondary schools in Derby.
Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Secondary Schools in Derby

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
Support students in their learning and help maintain a positive classroom environment.
Work with Key Stage 3 and 4 students, adapting to their educational needs.
Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behavior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in classroom management within a secondary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to cover different schools, sometimes at short notice.
Driving is preferred due to the need to travel between schools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
