Are you passionate about education and looking for an opportunity to support students in secondary schools? We are seeking dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team for day-to-day supply work across various secondary schools in Alfreton.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-set work to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Support students with their educational needs and assist with any questions or concerns.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is essential.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
A valid driving license is preferred for travel between schools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
