Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage Key Stage 3 and 4 students during teacher absences.
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Implement and deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
Ensure student behavior is managed effectively in line with school policies.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have previous experience working with secondary-aged students and classroom management.
Flexibility: Ability to work on short notice.
Driving: Preferred, due to the potential for last-minute calls for cover.
Availability: Ongoing, as this is a role with continuous staffing needs.
