Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Day-to-Day Supply)

Location: Tibshelf, Derbyshire

Start Date: September

Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible role in a dynamic secondary school environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team on a day-to-day supply basis, working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during the absence of teachers.
Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and activities.
Supporting students with their learning and responding to their needs.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements:

Experience working with secondary school students is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
Flexibility and reliability to cover classes at short notice.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred, as travel between schools may be required.
