I am recruiting for Graduates or Students who are looking for flexibility in their work life but have a passion for developing young people.

As your dedicated consultant I will take time to invest in those that want to work with us and find staff exactly what they are looking for.
As a Cover Supervisor you will help us continue to support some fantastic secondary schools across Loughborough.
To be a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People you will need:
*UK degree or Relevant experience working with young people (Sports Coach, Scout Leader etc.)
*The ability to engage students and manage behaviour in a classroom setting.
*Good communication skills
*Empathy and care when dealing with students.
*A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.
