Aspire People are a well established Midlands based education recruitment agency specialising in placing teaching and associated staff into the Nursery, SEN, Primary & Secondary sectors. We recruit for temporary, permanent and long-term positions.We are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our busy Sutton Coldfield based head office in a full-time position working from 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The role of the Compliance Administrator is to ensure that our candidates are fully compliant with laws, legislation and guidance surrounding those who work with Children prior to placement and to fulfill continued suitability requirements.
There is a lot that goes in to making a candidate compliant, ready for work. As a Compliance Administrator, you'll be completing a wide range of pre-employment vetting checks some of which include: applying for and chasing references, applying for DBS's, completing relevant industry checks and checking ID documents.
The role also includes elements of general office and administration duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
No experience is necessary. However, the ideal person will be driven, self-motivated and work well within a team.
