College Teaching Assistant - B12 Area 🌟Aspire People

Aspire People are looking for a motivated and supportive College Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive further education setting in the B12 area. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about helping young adults succeed in their studies and future careers.
What the role involves:
Supporting students aged 16+ within lessons and study sessions
Providing 1:1 and small-group academic or pastoral support
Helping students with coursework, organisation and confidence
Promoting positive behaviour and independence
Working closely with lecturers, pastoral staff and SEN teams
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting young people or students in education
Is patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships
Can offer encouragement and motivation to learners
Is reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team
Experience with SEND or SEMH support is beneficial but not essential
