Job description
Aspire People are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant for a Primary School within the Rochdale area.Applicants must have experience in a Catering role, preferably within a school environment, although not essential. You MUST be willing to work on a temporary basis although the position has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Duties include:
* Preparation of food and beverages.
* Preparation of sandwiches as requested.
* To work as part of a team, including assistance at buffets as required
* Cleaning duties including kitchen, dining areas, furniture and equipment when required.
* Always maintaining safe and hygienic working practices
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a part-time basis within an educational environment.
You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new DBS to be considered for the role.
The contracted hours of work for the role will be Monday-Friday 11:00am-2:30pm, term time only.
