Caretaker/Site Manager required

Are you an experienced school Caretaker/Site Manager seeking a new opportunity in Nuneaton

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced school Caretaker/Site Manager to work on an Temp - Perm basis, carrying out day to day general maintenance, cleaning and log books. The role will be SPLIT SHIFTS starting at 6:00a.m. then general cleaning in the afternoon.

You will work on a 12 week temporary basis via Aspire People and then, providing the School and yourself are happy you will be taken on a permanent contract.

As a School Caretaker, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so you will be expected to:

«Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking
«Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor
«Open and close the school building
«Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
« Be IT literate in order to keep electronic log books up to date
« Responsible for general Cleaning
«Set alarms
