Are you an experienced school Caretaker/Property Maintenance expert seeking a new opportunity in Alcester
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced school Caretaker/Property Maintenance person to work on an ongoing basis, supporting the site team in carrying out day to day general maintenance at a school in Alcester. The role will be full time and either temporary to permanent or straight permanent. The successful applicants will be expected to work Monday - Thursdays 2pm to 10pm & Fridays 2pm to 9:30pm - 37 hours a week.
As a full time school caretaker, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so you will be expected to:
«Be the 1st point of contact for property related issues during evening sports hall lettings
«Carry out general caretaking duties, basic maintenance and repairs, grounds maintenance, emptying bins, manual handling, porterage etc
«Open and close the school building
«Carry out Health and safety checks of both site & grounds and being a keyholder responsible for ensuring security of the school site
«Set alarms
You will be supported by me, Rob Holland I am Aspire People's Senior Office & Technical consultant and we have been supplying non teaching staff to schools in Hinckley for the past 5 years plus.
