Job description
Are you an education professional who would like to work in a creative and supportive environment, where building strong relationships is key? Are you looking for a job in Education where you can make a real difference?I am currently working with a client who are looking for Teaching Assistants to join their team. They are looking for several TA's who are able to work flexibly, supporting pupils who are not in mainstream education or who are at risk of exclusion. The support could be on a one to basis, working with small groups or supporting Teachers in class. This could be based at one school or in offsite situations.
My client offers full training and look to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for pupils to feel comfortable in order to achieve in their education. There is a collaborative and innovative team ethic, where staff are strongly supported by individual Learning Managers and Senior Leaders
The company are looking for individuals who can offer:
*A Strong character
*The ability to engage pupils who can't access education in the mainstream
*Offer added value through their own interest to help build relationships
*Effectively support pupils in their learning
*Be able to plan, prepare and deliver a variety of session in line with individual needs
*Have experience with SEN and EBD
*Follow guidelines and procedures
*Be flexible
*Work collaboratively with other members of staff
