Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Telford📍 Telford
💷 £95-£115 per day
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools in Telford. You will support students in managing behaviour, improving engagement, and accessing learning opportunities. This is a long-term placement starting in January.
Responsibilities:
Support students in managing behaviour and engagement
Provide 1:1 mentoring and support for identified students
Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Requirements:
Experience in a secondary school, pastoral, or SEMH setting
Confident, calm, and professional approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
