Key Responsibilities:
* Work one-on-one and/or with small groups support pupils learning and development.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive student outcomes.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Resilience, patience, and a commitment to helping every student succeed.
