If so, we want to hear from you!Our client specialist secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their supportive team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD, trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges, helping them develop essential life and learning skills.
- Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to create personalized behaviour strategies and Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that suit each pupil's needs.
- Help students build positive relationships and encourage a sense of belonging and self-worth within the school environment.
- Work closely with pupils to help them overcome challenges and develop the resilience and confidence they need to succeed academically and socially.
- Promote positive behaviour using creative, engaging techniques and strategies designed to keep students motivated and on track.
