I am currently working with a client who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. They are looking for someone who are able to work flexibly, supporting pupils who are not in mainstream education. The support could be on a one to basis, working with small groups or supporting Teachers in class. This could be based at one school or in offsite situations.
My client is looking for someone who has a specific skillset, you must have experience working outdoors, landscaping, building raised beds and other outdoor constructions. You might not have the experience or qualifications to work with young people as the school will support your development in this but you should have the desire to improve the lives and education of these individuals.
The company are looking for individuals who can offer:
*A Strong character
*The ability to engage pupils who can't access education in the mainstream
*Offer added value through their own interest to help build relationships
*Effectively support pupils in their learning
*Follow guidelines and procedures
*Work collaboratively with other members of staff
We offer very good rates of pay and a supportive consultant who is available 24/7 should you need me.
