The Role:
As a Secondary ALN Teacher with Aspire People, you will:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Work closely with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies.
* Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties.
* Promote inclusive practice and positive behaviour strategies.
* Contribute to pupil progress reviews and individual development plans (IDPs).

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK.
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is essential.
* Experience working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs in a secondary setting.
* Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
* Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach.
