AD-HOC School Administrator (ParentPay and ScholarPack)Peterborough
£10.00 - £11.00 per hour
Are you an Administrator with a background working in a school environment or similar?
Are you friendly, outgoing and highly motivated?
Aspire People are currently recruiting for School an AD-HOC Administrator to work in the Peterborough area. It is advantageous that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on ParentPay/ScholarPack. However, applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered but you must have the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and can adapt quickly.
You must also be willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and work between the hours of 8:00a.m. & 4:30p.m. This position is to start on 5th September 2022 and the end date is due to be confirmed.
As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Inputting details onto ScholarPack/ParentPay
« Answering phones and taking messages
« Typing of letters and memos
« Filing, faxing and photocopying
« Dealing with parents and pupils
You must be:
« Proactive
« Hardworking
« Used to working to strict deadlines
« Not afraid to take on new tasks
« Able to multi task
« Outgoing and have a friendly personality
