Are you a Newly Qualified or Experienced Teaching Assistant with SEN experience looking for a new challenge in the Coventry or Warwickshire area?

We have recently had a large influx of cover requests for general teaching assistants, 1.1 and small group teaching assistant role's supporting various needs at local primary schools and SEN schools, ranging from short term to permanent work.

We are hoping to recruit dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced education professionals who can support in and out of the classrooms, who can make a difference to education.

I have worked with schools in the area for the past 7years and have developed long lasting relationships where we have built trust and a solid candidate pool where schools can get good quality staff to support the day to day running of there school whether this be for a day or for a year.

As a supply teaching assistant you will be expected to have:
« Level 2 qualification or higher
« Experience in a similar role or in the education sector
« Be able to provide high quality lesson support
« Be able to use your own initiative

Supply is an excellent opportunity to get to know schools in the local area.
