This 1 form entry school in Tamworth is searching for a passionate educator to support a reception pupil on a 1:1 basis. This 1 form entry school rated 'Good' by OFSTED is actively searching for a Teaching Assistant to help this pupil on their academic journey.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one support tailored to the pupil's individual needs
* Assisting with personal care requirements in a sensitive and respectful manner
* Collaborating with the class teacher to implement personalized learning strategies
