Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a full time role working with children with additional needs?
The school I am recruiting for are based in Erdington and are looking for a Teaching Assistant offering 1:1 support in the classroom with a boy who is non-verbal with behavioural issues. This role is suited for somebody who has experience of dealing with behavioural issues and has good behaviour management. You will be focusing on one child to ensure they have the attention necessary to help them reach their full potential. This is a great opportunity for anybody who wants to embark on a new challenge. From Monday to Friday, you will work five days a week during school hours.
The successful TA will be nurturing, patient and will genuinely want to make a difference. This role is perfect for Teaching Assistants who are not looking for a full-time role and enjoy a work/life balance.
