I started in the world of recruitment at the age of 22, having 20 years of recruitment experience behind me and a wealth of knowledge within my chosen career.
I have been a team leader for the past seventeen years and I am proud to say I have been a Director at Aspire for the past five years.
What Do You Do at Aspire People?
My role firstly is to direct and lead a sales team to win market share, build partnerships with our clients, become an integral part of our schools communities and place the best quality candidates to ensure our next generation have the best start in life.
Secondly to develop our in-house team of recruiters to be the best they can, also to build a rewarding career within the education sector and support their growth within our Aspire family.
What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?
I enjoy the thrill of recruitment, winning business and gaining loyalty from clients, candidates and our Aspirette’s.
The buzz I enjoy is seeing the rollercoaster highs and lows of recruitment, turning into a dream for our recruiters when it all clicks into place and their hard work pays off.

Very chatty, mischievous, could apply herself more as she's very competent but too busy being a social butterfly or having fun!
